Refund Policy

Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions made for Mutual Transfer ("App"). We understand that sometimes situations arise where you may need to request a refund for your subscription. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be considered.

General Refunds

  • Within 24 hours of purchasing a subscription, you may request a full refund for any reason if your profile didn't get any match or if you didn‘t went in a conversation with other user for mutual transfer.
  • After 48 hours, if you will not get any profile match with any user in a years, you can request us for a full refund without any questions or you can ask us for renew your subscription for next year.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@presswink.com or through the Contact Us section within the App. Please provide the following information:

  • Your name and email address
  • The date you purchased the subscription
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or proof of purchase

Processing Time

We will process all refund requests within 5 business days of receiving them. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of our decision.
